Nigerian skitmaker Carter Efe has ignited online reactions with his comments about his colleague, Sydney Talker, during the latter’s birthday celebration.
In a speech, Carter Efe alleged that Sydney Talker has a preference for dark-skinned men and suggested that he doesn’t associate with women.
Carter Efe stated,
To be honest, I want to say something. I have known this man for more than 12 years; I never see am with woman once. But he likes dark skin boys, like me and others.”
The remarks have stirred controversy and speculation about Sydney Talker’s sexuality. Netizens have expressed a mix of reactions, with some criticizing Carter Efe for making what they deem an “expensive joke” and others cautioning against spreading unverified information.
While it remains uncertain whether Carter Efe’s comments were made in jest or if there is any truth to the allegations, the controversy has generated discussions on social media.
Sydney Talker, who is known for his comedy skits, has faced scrutiny in the past, including a video where he was seen hugging and groping actress Toyin Abraham. However, Sydney dismissed the backlash, emphasizing that Toyin Abraham’s marital status didn’t prevent her from engaging in such actions.
