The fourth studio album by Nigerian Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, nicknamed Davido, “Timeless,” has broken numerous records since its release and may be “timeless”.
Davido Music Worldwide, Columbia Records, and Sony Music Entertainment released the 17-track album on March 31, 2023, in its entirety. The album includes guest appearances from Nigerian artists Asake, Fave, The Cavemen, Morravey, and Logos Olori, as well as Grammy-winning Beninese singer Angelique Kidjo, British rapper Skepta, South African music producer/DJ Musa Keys, Jamaican dancehall/reggae singer Dexta Daps, and South African rapper Focalistic.

Davido’s “Timeless” album set the record for the biggest first-day stream on Boomplay, Africa’s biggest music streaming service. The album broke the previous record set by Burna Boy’s “Love, Damini” with 7.25M streaming on its first day (3.38M).
