We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications. Bosch Service Solutions is part of Bosch Group and a leading global supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services.
Responsibilities
- Incident management;
- Configuration and deployment of IT applications;
- Configuration of the monitoring IT Landscape;
- Developing specific scripts for deployment optimization;
- Performs regular support specialist activities;
- Perform quality assurance and quality control for service delivery;
- Proposes measures to improve service quality;
- Interactive coaching (hands-on coaching), coaching;
- Additional IT operations activities.
Qualifications
- Language skills: English fluent;
- Basic server operating systems Linux and Windows;
- Previous exp. with a scripting language (Bash, Shell);
- Previous experience with the Microservices approach and good knowledge of Container providers (Docker) and GIT;
- Experience with configuration automation tools (Ansible), SSL usage, and .Net framework.
