 Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform our marketing approach.
• Brand Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Dymond Fleets Ltd. Create compelling campaigns to promote our services and differentiate us in the market.
• Digital Marketing: Utilize digital platforms to execute targeted marketing campaigns. Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and optimize online presence to attract and retain customers.
• Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients and contribute to revenue growth.
• Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1 – 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive marketing initiatives.
