Real Madrid legend Luis Figo predicts Inter Milan will win the 2022-23 UEFA Champions League final on June 10 against Manchester City.
The former international for Portugal is backing Inter Milan to win the Champions League this year. The Nerazzurri will compete for their fourth competition champions league on June 10, taking on the Premier League champions in Istanbul.
During his time at the Nerrazuri, Luis Figo won seven titles, including one scudetto each season. Figo revealed that he is close with a few people at City but wants Inter Milan to win when asked on the sidelines of the UEFA Champions League event in Istanbul.
The 50-year-old said, according to Noticias Ao Minuto:
“I have a lot of friends at City and everyone thinks City is the favorite to win. I think it’s going to be an intense, emotional, and competitive game. I played for Inter so I’ll be rooting for them. I hope they can win.”
