Ghanaian TikTok sensation, Ahuofe Abrantie, popularly known as Tupac, reportedly passed away at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital on Thursday, March 30th.
The news of his death was confirmed by fellow Kumasi-rapper, Jay Bhad. He shared a video of Ahuofe with a caption that read-
“Life too short, rest well Ahuofe, you gone (sic) be miss 4ever.”
Abrantie was known for his viral TikTok videos. They earned him over 3 million followers on the platform and half a million followers on Instagram. His resemblance to the late American rapper, 2Pac, earned him the nickname “Ghana’s Tupac.”
While the cause of his death remains undisclosed, reports suggest that Ahuofe had been battling an illness for some time.
