Medical Manager Vacancy at Metrohealth HMO
Job Description
A leading HMO with nationwide coverage in Nigeria is currently seeking to recruit an individual with demonstrable experience to fill the position of a Medical Manager.
Responsibilities
1) Verify and process for approval all medical bills/claims of Enrollees from our Healthcare Providers.
2) Manage routine inspection of the Healthcare provider’s facility within the network.
3) Carryout registration and accreditation of Healthcare providers in the network.
4)Process and authorization of referrals for our Enrollees to Healthcare providers.
5)Providing expert advice on health promotions and disease prevention.
6Cooperate with the Executive team to initiate procedures, regulations, and programs to benefit our patients and support our health center in line with the best practice.
7) Assume responsibility for our clinical services.
8) Institute a behavioural framework for all healthcare providers at our clinical services locations.
Qualification
1) First Degree in Medicine from a recognized Institution.
2) Applications will be accepted from physicians who are currently licensed.
3) 5 years minimum of cognate experience in Medical practice with at least 3 years in an HMO ·
4) HMO Medical experience is a must ·
5) Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
6) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ·
7) Strong organizational and time management skills
