Primary coverage of the first-lineBanking Sector and first line reviewer of major research reports. Our ideal candidate will also be actively involved in strategy.
Responsibilities
- Banking Sector Analyst responsible for building and updating models, publishing relevant seasonal & offseason reports and supervising younger analysts in the team.
- Researching market trends, conducting surveys, analyzing data from competitors, and analyzing the business’s operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify patterns of potential issues or improvements.
- Using data analysis and interpretations to guide the decision-making of the business.
- Organizing and storing data for future research projects.
- The ideal candidate will also be the first line reviewer for research reports and report to the Head of Research.
Qualifications
- A first degree in any discipline but Finance, Economics, Science, or Engineering is preferred.
- Class of degree – First Class or Second Class Upper
- Experienced Banking Sector Analyst with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the role
