Job Description
We’re looking for a community manager to foster a vibrant and supportive online community that contributes positively to the brand’s reputation, engagement rate, and overall success.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
- Work with the inbox on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
- Monitoring and working with the reviews section on Facebook’s main page
- Spotting UGC stories from the inbox and comment section
- Moderate Facebook group
- Blogging and commenting on celebs’ posts on Instagram and Twitter
- Brainstorming creative ideas for our social media platforms
- Sharing client leads from our social media platforms with our marketing team
Qualification
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable literacy
- Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
- Superb time management skills
- Knowing Facebook and Google policies will be a plus
