Job Description
We are seeking a senior legal practitioner to join our legal team to represent the company, offer legal secretarial advice, review contracts, prepare legal documents, ensure compliance, and liaise with other legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing legal document
- Preparing contracts
- Offering legal advice
- Ensuring law compliance
- Researching cases and legislation
- Representing the company and clients
- Liaising with legal professionals
Qualification
- 5+ Years of experience as a Lawyer or providing legal advice
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Chartered Institute of Legal Executives registered
- Experience as a Lawyer or providing legal advice
- Excellent communication skills
- Commercial awareness
- Organized and accurate
- Working experience with any Real Estate firm is an added advantage.
