Conceptualization: Understand client briefs and conceptualize creative solutions that align with their objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualization: Understand client briefs and conceptualize creative solutions that align with their objectives.
- Design Execution: Create compelling designs for the following mediums:
ad creatives (e.g. for Facebook ads), newsletter graphics, social media graphics, thumbnails (e.g. for YouTube videos), event graphics, banners, illustrations, icons, infographics (= turning ideas / complex topics into professional, easy-to-digest formats), presentations and sales/pitch decks, design of landing pages and websites
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of designs.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them elevate their design skills and understanding of brand guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise and modify designs based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in design software, especially Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your best design projects.
