Job Description

The role is global and will operate within the Professional Services unit under the Global Head of Professional Services.

Responsibilities

  • Build multi-level relationships including senior public sector customer contacts and key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Forecast and achieve monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, forces that shift strategic directions of accounts, and tactical budgets.
  • Manage projects, quotations, and consulting services to ensure their development and execution within the terms, conditions, and within the margin and return defined by Tek Experts.
  • Develop initiatives to increase deal flow and client meetings.
  • Execute sales processes to ensure market leading win ratios and strategies.
  • Create and communicate sales goals, ensuring the leadership team is informed on the progress of these goals.
  • Build multi-level relationships including Cybersecurity customer contacts and key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Execute sales processes to ensure market leading win ratios and strategies.
  • Acquire new accounts & generate a healthy funnel in line with targets.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, forces that shift strategic directions of accounts, and tactical budgets.
  • Understand assigned accounts, organizational structure, and decision-making hierarchy.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Generate business from assigned clients/areas for the products assigned.
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue quota.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Public Sector Sales or Cybersecurity Sales.
  • Verifiable experience in Tech Public sector or Cybersecurity Sales in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Have an understanding of the Tech Talent, Tech Skilling and Cybersecurity Market place in Nigeria and SSA.
  • Preferably work from Abuja or Lagos but willing to travel.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and experience in developing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
