Job Description
As a Real Estate Content Specialist and Communicator at Spruce and Settle, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that engages and educates our audience. You will work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to create blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, and other collateral. The role is full time and is an on-site role located in Magodo Lagos.
Qualifications
- Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related field
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices
- Experience with social media and email marketing tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good photography and videography skills are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
