Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth, develop and execute sales strategies, manage existing and new customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales management experience in the paint and coatings industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop plans accordingly
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Good understanding of product pricing and margins
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the paint and coatings industry is a plus.
