Job Description
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Monitor anld enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and recommend changes to policies as needed.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis to support decision-making.
- Respond to financial inquiries from management and external stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Finance Officer with a developmental Project.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
