Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine client’s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suits them
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Display and market real properties to possible buyers
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices
Qualification
- HND / B.Sc in any related field with 1-2 years experience
- Proven working experience as a marketer/Real Estate agent
- Proven track of successful sales record will be added advantage
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- MS Office familiarity.
