Job Description

They will work directly with customers in Francophone West Africa to recommend products and services to fit their needs.

 Responsibilities

  • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.
  • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use.
  • Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
  • Accurately record customer demographics, sales orders, or other information digitally or in written form
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution in French
  • Call customers to confirm orders.
  • Take orders on Flexi-pay.
  • Handle maintenance issues with customers
  • Generate and convert leads to sales.
  • Marking orders on Shopify as fulfilled when received by customers.
  • Preparing job cards for production team usage
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Provide after-sales support to customers when needed.

Qualification

  • 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Fluent in French and English Language is a necesity for this role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the customer service team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
  • Good knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.
  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and gain product knowledge.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate.
