SENIOR ACCOUNTANT-VACANCY AT MCKINSEY AND COMPANY

Job Description

You will manage audit processes, local tax and other governance requirements as appropriate based on local and firm requirements. You will also play a critical role in the coordination of the location finance function with the relevant support teams (Corporate tax team, firm reporting teams etc.). In addition, you will coach and develop more junior team members and manage ad-hoc tasks/projects, as required by your location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance field
• 3+ years of finance experience, ideally in a professional service environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English as well as the local office language
• Excellent in analytics and problem solving
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Some SAP knowledge recommended
