Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in the Fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, including maintaining employee records and handling legal requirements.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives to support the overall goals of the organization.
Complusory Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the Fintech
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
