Nigerian artist Skiibii recently found himself in the spotlight after being called out for sporting a fake designer wristwatch in one of his Instagram posts.
The revelation came courtesy of a page dedicated to exposing counterfeit designer accessories, which compared Skiibii’s wristwatch to the original, concluding that his was indeed a knockoff.
Adding fuel to the fire, Skiibii’s ex-girlfriend, known as Ms Dsf, didn’t miss the opportunity to troll him publicly. She humorously referred to his wristwatch as ‘made in Yaba,’ a popular reference to counterfeit goods, accompanied by a laughing emoji. This isn’t the first time Ms Dsf has openly ridiculed Skiibii, consistently seizing the chance to mock him whenever he finds himself in hot water.
Skiibii’s woes don’t end there. Previously, he faced allegations from influencer Nickie dabarbie, who accused him of attempting to use her for money rituals. Ms Dsf wasted no time throwing shade at Skiibii over the issue. Matters escalated further when Mayorkun, another artist, got involved, with Nickie dabarbie accusing him of similar misconduct. This led to legal action against Nickie dabarbie by Mayorkun and Skiibii filing a police report against her.
The feud between Skiibii and Nickie dabarbie took a dark turn when Nickie dabarbie unearthed an old video of Ms Dsf alleging that Skiibii had drugged and robbed her. The situation deteriorated to the point where Skiibii had Nickie dabarbie arrested, with reports suggesting she’s currently in prison.
The rift between Skiibii and Ms Dsf intensified after their breakup, with Ms Dsf launching a barrage of accusations against Skiibii, branding him as broke and deceitful. While Skiibii opted to disengage from the public spat, Ms Dsf continued to target him on social media, perpetuating their ongoing feud.
