ACCOUNTANT
We are seeking for young and dynamic Accountants to join their team in all the states (FCT inclusive) in Nigeria. secom ltd
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations. ACCOUNTANT
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Coordinate and complete accounting audits.
- Provide recommendations.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Meet financial accounting objectives.
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
- Raising of receipts
- Raising sales invoices
- Keeping records of cash and bank receipts issued daily in the cashier register
- Reconciliation of system receipts with cashier register .ACCOUNTANT
- Lodgment of cash sales to the bank
- Reconciliation of invoices, receipts & tellers. Job
Qualification
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor Finance Manager or Accounting Clerk.
- Good computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Liaising with the external auditors on finalization of the annual report and other outsourced assignments
- Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health. Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
- Must be between 22 and 35 year old.
