E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Carries responsibility for the profitability, development and expansion of RayaShopng.com in Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Carries responsibility for the profitability, development and expansion of RayaShopng.com in Nigeria.
- Managing and motivating Raya Shop team to increase sales and ensure efficiency while ensuring standards for quality and customer service in Nigeria.
- Meet with vendors and distributors to ensure that Rayashopng.com is getting the best offers in the Nigerian market and branding agreements.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future E-Commerce sales volumes to maximize profits.
- Work with the team to design and execute digital marketing programs to acquire new customers through digital channels.
- Work with various types of digital advertising (Social Media – Google Search – Google Display– Remarketing – Affiliate Marketing) to maximize visitor numbers in Nigeria.
- Analyze customer behaviors and trends to facilitate planning.
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing.
- Initiating different tactics to adapt to any changes in the market; for example launching new projects, learning about new trends and online strategic directions.
- Supervising the analysis of profit margins to ensure the profitability of all products in Nigeria.
- Ensuring a positive customer journey starting from order request to delivery.
- Analyzing operational reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
- Preparing the annual budget, anticipated sales, expenses, and inventories; reviewing financial statements and reports for Raya Shop Nigeria.
- Carries responsibility for setting Raya shop team monthly and quarterly objectives. E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Qualification
- Awareness of the internet business in Nigeria, E-commerce, Mobile Apps, Added Value Services, Start-ups, etc.
- Very good knowledge of forecasting demand
- Very good knowledge of pricing
- Advanced knowledge of Email Marketing Techniques, and previous experience in using email web-gates
- Deep understanding of Online Conversion Planning
- General awareness of the E-commerce Market in Nigeria
- Knowledge of one of the well-known E-commerce Systems
- Background in the Internet industry (Digital Marketing Experience, E-commerce Experience, and Development Project Management Experience)
- University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent command of the English language
