Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
Qualification
- Proven track record of success in sales management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. SALES MANAGER
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
