Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known by his stage name Portable, is at it again, this time clashing with disc jockey, TikToker, and socialite DJ Chicken.
In a video circulating online, Portable was seen instigating a fight with his arch-enemy backstage at Comedian Kenny Blaq’s show in Lagos on Sunday. According to reports, Kenny had invited Portable to his show, where he encountered DJ Chicken, with whom he has been at loggerheads.
A trending video on Twitter shows Portable attempting to confront DJ Chicken, only to be restrained by bouncers. The controversial singer then threatened to have his boys beat up the DJ.
The cause of their rift remains unclear, but last year, in an Instagram Live session, DJ Chicken mocked Portable, claiming his boasts of wealth were false. He implied that if Portable were truly wealthy, he would have quickly bought a new car after his accident. DJ Chicken asserted that his own finances were more substantial than Portable’s and warned him against trying to emulate his lavish spending habits, as it would lead to financial ruin for Portable.
Additionally, in 2022, Portable allegedly sent some boys to beat up DJ Chicken.

This is the second altercation Portable has been involved in since returning from the US weeks ago. Kemi Filani reported that the Zazoo crooner caused a commotion in Lagos by fighting with a bike man, whom he accused of stealing his phone. In viral videos, the singer, wearing a yellow hoodie, was seen engaging in a fistfight with the bike man as Lagosians gathered to separate them.
As expected, many social media users have expressed displeasure at his constant fights.
