Davido’s hypeman, Hypeman Spesh, finds himself at the center of major internet drama after being publicly called out by Instagram user Duchess Priscilla for allegedly not paying her after a night session.
In a live TikTok video, Duchess Priscilla detailed how she was left unpaid by the popular hypeman and resorted to calling him out across social media. She claimed that a lounge in Canada eventually settled the debt on his behalf.
The controversy began when Duchess Priscilla received a call to attend an after-party following Mayorkun’s show. During the call, she noticed Davido among the attendees, which led her to assume that Hypeman Spesh would also be present, as he is often seen with Davido. Wanting to avoid a confrontation due to their past issues, she voiced her concerns.
Hypeman Spesh has since responded to the accusations, denying that he ever slept with Duchess Priscilla. Skit maker Broda Shaggi also entered the conversation, refuting claims that he had dated Duchess Priscilla, despite her earlier statements that they were friends.
Hypeman Spesh is no stranger to social media drama, particularly when it involves women. He previously made headlines when he threw shade at Sophia Momodu during her issues with Davido, a post that Davido liked, sparking a flurry of online reactions.
