Responsibilities
- Perform Colour Matching and formulation of various water-based and solve based coating systems to require customer specification.
- Analyse colour samples and match them to established colour standards
- Utilize colour measurement instruments to ensure accurate colour matching
- Troubleshoot and resolve colour matching technicians
Qualification
- Must have experience in a colour matching industry
- Strong understanding of colour theory, colour perception, and colour management skill.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to work independently
