FlexEdge is currently recruiting experienced Cleaning Location Supervisor to join a facility cleaning company.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a facility cleaning company.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Oversee the daily operations of facility cleaning, pest control, and other related services.
⦁ Coordinate, direct, and monitor cleaning operatives to ensure effective supervision and execution of their duties.
⦁ Enhance the working environment and business processes to support continuous improvement.
⦁ Obtain and address customer feedback promptly, ensuring that all queries, inquiries, and complaints are resolved efficiently.
⦁ Conduct daily quality control checks on site to maintain high standards of cleanliness
⦁ Manage the company’s logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
⦁ Perform job inspections regularly to ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
⦁ Train new cleaning operatives on expected standards, quality of cleaning, and health and safety protocols.
⦁ Implement strategies for quality management and regulatory compliance.
⦁ Monitor inventory levels of cleaning equipment and materials, ensuring timely reordering as needed.
⦁ Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for all sites
⦁ Monitor teams performance objectives and standards.
⦁ Prepare, revise, and submit reports and other necessary documentation.
⦁ Assist in implementing measures to motivate team and maintain positive team work
⦁ Perform any other duties as required to support the company’s goals.
Qualification
⦁ 2 years minimum previous experience in a facility cleaning company is compulsory
⦁ Work experience with hospital facility cleaning will be added advantage
⦁ Ability to coordinate, direct, and manage cleaning operatives in their duties
⦁ Good communication skills
⦁ Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
⦁ Ability to manage team and lead team effectively
⦁ Ability to conduct training sessions for new cleaning operatives
⦁ Strong attention to detail
⦁ Good problem-solving skills
⦁ Must be able to work under pressure
