DESIGN ARCHITECT/ PROJECT OFFICER
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion, overseeing a team of architects and designers to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
- Develop and communicate design vision, goals, and strategies to project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to address project requirements and challenges.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in architecture and design to continuously improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Participate in business development activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and relationship building to drive project opportunities and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, codes, and standards in the development of design solutions and construction documents.
- Multi task to carry out oversight function for general project construction and management
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor /Head of department
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with a minimum of 2:1 or first class or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
- Registered Architect preferred.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other design tools.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects from concept to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
