Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde, popularly known as Wasila Coded, has taken to Instagram to celebrate her mother-in-law on her birthday. Describing her as the “pillar” of her marriage, Bimpe expressed gratitude for her love, guidance, and prayers, which she credits for keeping her home and family united.
Sharing heartfelt words alongside beautiful photos of her husband’s mother, Bimpe Akintunde praised her mother-in-law’s wisdom and influence in her life. She wrote:
Dear Mother in Love, you are the pillar that holds my marriage; I am truly grateful for the gift of you. Your teachings, motherly advice, and prayers keep us going and continuously hold our home and family together. Happy birthday, Iya mii Ejire Ara Isokun. The actress invited her followers to join her in celebrating her mother-in-law, whom she fondly described as a blessing.
Bimpe Akintunde, who has been open about her personal life, has often shared updates about her marital journey. In June 2023, after two years of being single, she tied the knot with Yousuph O. Ganiyu, a man with two wives, in a Nikai ceremony. According to her, her husband had been in love with her long before they met, and she felt fortunate to have crossed paths with him.
In recent months, Bimpe has shared loved-up photos of herself and her husband from their time together in Canada, expressing gratitude for the joy he brings to her life.
Last year, she penned a heartfelt note to her husband, appreciating his intentionality and love. She recounted how many men had made promises to her but failed to stand by their words, unlike him. She described him as a man unlike any other, calling herself blessed to have met him.
