Nollywood actress and philanthropist Tonto Dikeh recently shared a humorous encounter with online vendors that left her laughing despite recent challenges.
On her Instagram page, Tonto recounted how she ordered one hair but received three sponges instead. The vendors have since been begging her to return two sponges — something she never even ordered.
Online vendors, you people will not kill me, I swear. I bought one hair, 3 sponges came. Online vendors go whine to you, but my sisters and brothers, no panic. Now they are begging me to return 2 sponges. Did I even order spongy hair? I have been laughing for over an hour. I have been so down lately that I needed this laugh. I turn 40, and on God, nothing can make me sad.”
Tonto is gearing up for her 40th birthday in June with joy and gratitude. Recently, she surprised a dedicated fan with a new car to mark her milestone, showing appreciation for the support she receives online.
The actress and politician shared that 2025 has been a year filled with unmerited grace, and she feels calm and assured as she enters this new phase of life. She emphasised the importance of focusing on what works for her, steering clear of comparison or imitation.
