Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has once again captured the hearts of fans and followers as he shared a tender video of his newborn daughter, Universe Ifeyinwa Storm Yul Edochie, fondly nicknamed “Aunty Ify.”
The proud father of seven posted the video on his Instagram page, showing the little bundle of joy being lovingly cuddled. His caption read:
Universe Ifeyinwa Storm Yul Edochie. A.K.A Aunty Ify.”

Last month, Yul and his wife Judy Austin welcomed their third child together, a baby girl. Yul urged the public to celebrate with them as he revealed the name Universe Ifeyinwa Storm Yul Edochie.
Following the joyous news, actress Chika Lann gifted the newborn 1 million naira, a gesture Judy gratefully acknowledged with a heartfelt thank-you. Actress Juliet Ekeson also showered the baby with gifts including cash, pampers, and other essentials.
However, the unique name has also attracted some playful criticism. Actress Sarah Martins mocked the choice, questioning why they would name their daughter Universe and rhetorically asked,
Where will the rest of the people in the world be if their daughter is the Universe?”
Yul’s wish for a daughter was fulfilled after a heartfelt plea to Judy last year, when he asked her to bless him with a girl before taking a break from having more children. Universe is their third child together, joining their two sons, Star Dikeh and Pete Ndubuisi Yul-Edochie.
In addition, Yul has four children from his estranged marriage to May Edochie. Sadly, the couple lost their first son earlier this year in 2023.
