Nollywood actress and proud mum, Bimbo Afolayan, has penned an emotional message to her daughter, Aliyah, who just turned 12. Sharing breathtaking birthday portraits of her, Bimbo expressed how her daughter’s presence has made her life richer and brighter over the past twelve years.
According to the actress, she found herself gazing at Aliyah’s birthday photos repeatedly—lost in awe and gratitude for the gift of motherhood.
“Twelve years ago, you came into my life and made it infinitely better. Happy birthday, my love!”
Describing Aliyah as intelligent, caring, and adorable, Bimbo reflected on how quickly time has flown. She encouraged fellow mothers to cherish the early years before ball dresses turn into jeans and grown-up style takes over.
She also prayed over her daughter’s future, asking God to fill her life with purpose, joy, wisdom, and strength.
