Yinka Theisen, estranged wife of Nollywood actor Linc Edochie, has issued a strong public warning to May Edochie, accusing her of leading an online harassment campaign against her.
In a fiery post on her Facebook and Instagram pages, Yinka claimed that a group of May Edochie’s supporters sent a petition to her employers, accusing her of bullying a “suicidal” woman — a claim she says is false. According to Yinka, these individuals also attacked her children, shared her personal number, and continued to target her even after she retaliated by posting a phone number linked to May.
She alleged that the harassment intensified until her estranged husband, Linc Edochie, announced their breakup to “please” May’s supporters. Declaring that she is not a coward, Yinka claimed the cyberbullying has not stopped and directly addressed May Edochie:
“May Yul Edochie, I am warning you publicly for the last time. If you don’t desist from your actions, I will start legal proceedings. Enough is enough.”
Yinka and Linc tied the knot in June 2025, but their union quickly became controversial after Yinka openly expressed support for Yul Edochie and Judy Austin — a move that angered May’s loyal fanbase.
Last month, Linc publicly distanced himself from Yinka, condemning her for sharing May’s phone number online and stating that he does not endorse any form of harassment. He described his marriage as “filled with landmines” and said it was better to be alone and at peace.
Yinka responded with disappointment, accusing Linc of cowardice and “throwing her under the bus” due to fear of public backlash. In a subsequent interview, she suggested that her treatment by the Edochie family might be due to her Yoruba heritage and denied accusations of leaking family members’ contact information. She also alleged that veteran actress Rita Edochie is secretly creating problems for May while publicly appearing to support her.
