Lucy Edet, a former contestant on Big Brother Naija ‘Lockdown,’ has openly acknowledged undergoing liposuction to achieve her well-defined physique.
The reality star, who faced criticism and body-shaming allegations, particularly regarding her comments about fellow housemate Nengi, revealed the details of her transformation on social media.
Addressing the speculation about her body enhancement, Lucy shared that she opted for liposuction approximately nine months ago. Contrary to expectations, she expressed that spending just one week at the gym boosted her confidence more than the results obtained from the surgical procedure.
In a post on her social media platforms, Lucy stated,
I got more confidence from one week at the gym than 9 months post lipo! Do with this info what you wish!”
This admission follows months of rumours surrounding her body, with fans speculating that she underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) due to the noticeable changes in her physique. Lucy had previously faced backlash for alleged body shaming during her time in the Big Brother Naija house, where she claimed her body was entirely natural.
Despite controversies and online criticism, Lucy clarified in a video that she never made derogatory comments about Nengi’s body.
