Nollywood actress Dayo Amusa has expressed gratitude to her senior colleague, Bukky Wright, for a kind and thoughtful gesture toward her newborn son.
Bukky Wright paid a surprise visit to the new mum, bringing gifts that deeply moved Dayo. Sharing clips from the visit on Instagram, Dayo described it as “quality time well spent” and expressed appreciation for the love and support she has received from Bukky over the years.
It was a quality time well spent with grandma @bukkywright today. Thank you for the exceptional love over the years, mama. We love and appreciate you,” Dayo wrote. She humorously added that the gifts from Bukky had “choked” her in amazement.
Dayo Amusa, who welcomed her son Oluwafirewamiri last month, hosted a naming ceremony on November 26. The event was graced by notable Nollywood stars, including Fali Werepe, Omowunmi Ajiboye, Damola Olatunji, Iyabo Ojo, and Tope Osoba.
In the days following her son’s birth, Dayo was showered with love and visits from friends and colleagues.
