Job Description
Business Development manager shall be responsible for all communication and presentation of Heights Access value propositions and service offerings to our target segment and channel partners so as to cause favourable responses, recommendations, enquiries and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- To contact our target segment top managements in order to generate enquiries and interest in our value propositions and service offerings.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies and plans that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, enquiries and customer satisfaction.
- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters and related marketing materials.
- Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level.
- Organization of propositions presentations, physical and digital events and meetings.
- Timely Response to customer communication related issues
- To coordinate and prepare quarterly communications budget
- To report HANL marketing related internal activities (OEMs activities and relations, equipment commissioning, statutory and regulatory compliance activities, promotions, achievements etc.) to all stakeholders via newsletter
- Lead and take responsibilities for the results of the Business Development team
- Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organization’s products and services
- Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade show
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts
- Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree could be an Advantage
- Minimum of 10 and 6 years’ Working and similar role experiences respectively.
Experience:
- Marketing Strategy Development, Planning, Execution & Management Experience
- Demonstrable Direct and Business Development Execution Experience
- Brand Management & Content Development Experience
- Organizational and Team Leadership Experience
- Demonstrable Public Relations and Solutions Marketing Experience.
