Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Business Development Manager at Kloze Community. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, creating marketing strategies, and negotiating contracts. This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Skilled in Corporate communication
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Experience in market research and analysis
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in creating and executing effective marketing strategies
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
