Overview
Nuru Resources Limited, an Oil and Gas, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Maintenance Nigerian firm, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:
Responsibilities
- The above is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales and business development function within the organization.
- The HSBD will lead a team of sales and business development professionals and work closely with other Division/Departments such as operations, engineering, and finance to achieve their targets and objectives.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales and business Development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of sales and business development principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop and implement sales and business development strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Experience managing a team of sales and business Development professionals.
- Professional certification is mandatory.
