Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to curate the company culture, manage staff, and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate should have a keen sense of ownership, excellent communication, high emotional intelligence and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of business operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned departments & develop and implement effective workflows and processes using our in house tools
• Lead the Customer Success team and HR function
• Manage day-to-day operations, deliver daily output requirements of the company including Personnel & project management,
• Work with management to curate company culture
• Identify areas of improvement in company operations and implement solutions

Qualification

• Proven experience as an Operation Lead/ HR Manager/ Customer Service or similar role
• Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
• Commitment to excellence
• Proficiency in Google Workspace & Project Management tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, engineering or related field
