In response, Chika firmly debunked the claims in a detailed Instagram post. She clarified:
- Ned Nwoko is not the father of her child.
- She has no intention of becoming his seventh wife.
- Polygamy is not for her.
Chika also addressed how she managed to keep her pregnancy private for months, stating that despite her discretion, people still assumed they knew the father of her child. She dismissed the rumors, urging gossip mongers to continue their speculation, as she remained unfazed.
