Job Description

We’re looking for a community manager to foster a vibrant and supportive online community that contributes positively to the brand’s reputation, engagement rate, and overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Work with the inbox on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Monitoring and working with the reviews section on Facebook’s main page
  • Spotting UGC stories from the inbox and comment section
  • Moderate Facebook group
  • Blogging and commenting on celebs’ posts on Instagram and Twitter
  • Brainstorming creative ideas for our social media platforms
  • Sharing client leads from our social media platforms with our marketing team

Qualification

  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media platforms
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable literacy
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques
  • Superb time management skills
  • Knowing Facebook and Google policies will be a plus
