Job Description

Design and implement technical solutions using the Enode API based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technical solutions using the Enode API based on customer needs.
  • Advise customers on product architecture and best practices for API usage.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, including debugging and issue resolution.
  • Proactively identify and implement fixes and improvements in the Enode codebase.
  • Champion new products and features based on customer feedback.
  • Drive internal projects to enhance the customer experience. Job

Qualification

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer engineering or user-oriented software engineering.
  • Proficient in managing technical client relationships and diving into codebases.
  • Experience in managing complex software projects with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Nice to have: Experience in a technical role at a third-party API company.
