Main Activities
- Learn various sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals specific to data center products and services.
- Become familiar with different data center solutions, including hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment), software (virtualization, management tools), and services (consulting, maintenance, support).
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable data center solutions.
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the data center industry.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge about the data center products and services offered by their company, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Assisting the sales manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts for clients.
- Learning to manage and update sales pipelines, track leads, and follow up on opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Participating in ongoing training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness.
- Developing a basic understanding of data center technologies, infrastructure, and architectures to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients.
- Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in data center technologies and industry trends through self-study, training programs, and attending conferences or seminars.
- Person Specification: The candidate must have experience in Data management or working with Data Management tools.
Qualification
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 2 years work experience.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
