Nollywood actress Faithia Williams returns after 9 months, marking her long-awaited comeback to Instagram. The actress had disappeared from social media since March after losing access to her account, a situation that kept her away far longer than she expected.
Announcing her return, Faithia shared a vibrant photo and openly appreciated a friend who stepped in to help recover the account. She noted that a proper thank-you message would follow shortly.

Earlier in February, the movie star had marked her birthday with gratitude for every experience that had shaped her journey so far. She expressed thanks for the support she receives continuously and shared her excitement for the blessings ahead.
In January, Faithia proudly announced her son, Khalid Balogun, graduated from the University of Lagos with a first-class degree. She admitted she was overwhelmed with joy at his achievement. Her ex-husband, Saidi Balogun, also celebrated their son, describing the accomplishment as one of life’s greatest joys. Still recovering from the loss of one of his daughters last year, Saidi noted that the success brought light back into his heart.
Last year was also tough for Faithia, who lost her former stepdaughter. She stepped away from the internet during that period and later penned a note acknowledging the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from people who checked on her.
Faithia and Saidi Balogun were married over two decades ago at an Ikorodu registry before their marriage ended four years later. Their divorce was messy at the time, with Saidi stating before the court that they had irreconcilable differences and requesting that she drop his surname.
