FINANCIAL AND DIGITAL SERVICES MANAGER
Regular market visits with Retail and Sales teams in the region (Monthly/Quarterly)

Job Description
- As a Financial and Digital Service Manager for Nigeria is to plays a critical role in driving business growth, oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital financial services and solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Regular market visits with Retail and Sales teams in the region (Monthly/Quarterly)
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions to key customers and potential clients.
- Drive onboarding of distributors to RedPay in collaboration with sales team (registration and trading)
- Increase merchant adoption of Digital Payments, achieve 80% active ratio, and ensure repeat transactions are achieved.
- Increase adoption of digital products MOM by AVG 10% i.e airtime top up, bill payment and lending
- Monitor Product adoption, Usage and failure rates – Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly product performance review and Market Insight feedback
- Escalation and follow up on resolution of disputes raised with Technology Team
- Grow organic trade via digital payments and align with the regional budgets
- Support the retail and sales team on Brands/DB presentations that require Live Demo presentations (Joint Visits)
- Schedule weekly catch up with the Retail and Sales team to review performance in the region
Qualification
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Regional Sales (e-commerce, open commerce, and or Digital Sales)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Cluster Sales or Regional Sales Officer experience from FMCG
- Fintech Sales and Strategic partnership
