Job Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for turning complex financial data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect and organize financial data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and financial reports
- Perform thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Generate insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving financial performance and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 2-3 years experience
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools/software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise insights
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus
