Former reality TV star Doyin David sparks debate on her podcast, Doyin’s Corner, as she shares her insights on the necessity of having a cook and her stance on relationships.
In a recent episode of her podcast, Doyin David delved into the topic of having a cook in the house, revealing her strong opinions on the matter. She emphasized the importance of having a cook, admitting that she lacks culinary skills herself. Doyin boldly stated that she wouldn’t consider marrying a man who couldn’t afford a cook.
During a conversation with Daniel Regha, however, differing views emerged. Daniel highlighted the unpredictability of life and advocated for cooking as a basic life skill that everyone should possess. Despite his arguments, Doyin remained firm in her belief that hiring a cook was non-negotiable for her future marriage.
This isn’t the first time Doyin has courted controversy with her views. In March 2024, she advised women to steer clear of poor men, asserting that an understanding girlfriend suffers the most in a relationship. She urged women to pursue men who were financially stable, believing they would provide stability and support.
Furthermore, in January 2024, Doyin expressed her reluctance to date individuals residing on the mainland, citing concerns about financial stability. She clarified that it wasn’t about disliking those from the mainland but rather avoiding individuals who might struggle financially.
Doyin David’s outspoken opinions continue to stir discussion, challenging societal norms and sparking debates on relationships and lifestyle choices.
