Job Description
- We are looking for an HR Generalist with 4-5 years of experience to manage and implement HR functions effectively.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and handle employee inquiries.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee Training & Development within the organization.
- Assist in HR reporting and analytics.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
