Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our clients’ IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems.
- Implement and configure cloud solutions, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, to meet clients’ requirements.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Conduct regular data backups and implement disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IT solutions that align with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT and cloud technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relateda field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or Cloud Administrator.
- Proven expertise in managing and maintaining cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.
