Veteran actor Jide Kosoko shared a joyous moment on social media as he reunited with legendary actor Pete Edochie after a remarkable 12 years apart.
Taking to his official Instagram page, Jide expressed his happiness, stating, “After about 12 years, I am seeing High Chief Pete again. Old reliables.”
The heartwarming reunion sparked excitement among fans, who flooded the comment section with admiration for the two icons. Comments included:

In a recent update, Jide Kosoko revealed that he had been officially conferred as the head of the Oteniya branch of King Kosoko’s royal family. He shared that he was presented to the Oloriebi in Council and re-confirmed as the official Ambassador of the Family. Jide prayed for wisdom to contribute to the unity and progress of the royal family.
Earlier this year, he also addressed the issue of drug abuse, humorously declaring himself the New Chairman of the NDLEA while dressed in their outfit. He made a playful commitment to ban various medications and drinks, only approving the use of water for health.
Last year, Jide’s daughter, Sola Kosoko, received a Special Recognition award from Olabisi Onabanjo University, celebrating her father’s contributions to the growth and development of the institution.
